A Home That Exceeded Every Expectation

We have absolutely loved spending the winter in this beautiful home! From the moment we arrived, it truly felt like home. The space is warm, comfortable, and so thoughtfully put together. Everything you could possibly need is provided, they genuinely have thought of everything, which made our stay incredibly easy and stress free! The location is perfect. Being so close to the beach has been such a gift, whether it’s for peaceful morning walks or sunset strolls. All the amenities you could need are nice and close. The area itself is wonderful! What truly made our experience exceptional were the property managers. They are kind, attentive, and incredibly responsive. It’s rare to find managers who care so much about their guests’ comfort, and it made all the difference in our stay. This is a place we would happily return to, and we will definitely be back. We could not recommend it more to anyone looking for a home that feels special, clean and cared for, and truly welcoming!

Lovely Beach House

I enjoyed my stay at this house! The couches were comfortable, the layout was pleasant, and the house was fully stocked with everything I needed. It was close to the beach and the hosts were attentive and always helpful when I had questions.

Great house!

Weve rented this house twice for extended stays and cant say enough good things about it. The proximity to the beach and the legendary Chapin sunsets is spectacular. Its a good central jumping off spot to everything else on the Cape. House is well equipped both inside and out; wagon for the beach chairs is a nice touch. The bedrooms and two pullout couches provide excellent sleeping flexibility for extended family or guests. The Hannigans are easy to rent from w excellent communication and are very responsive if something goes awry. I strongly recommend renting this house.
