Perfect location, a great apartment, and an excellent roommate/landlord

I came to Los Angeles from Germany for 6 months and was looking for a place in a great neighborhood. What I found was not just a lovely home, but also a roommate who became a friend. Naheed is super organized, clean, & reliable. She always keeps her word & is genuinely kind & respectful - exactly the kind of person you hope to have as a landlord/roommate! On top of that, she’s really smart and has a great sense of humor, so conversations with her are always fun and interesting. We have rarely used the kitchen, and the apartment was always in great shape, which made things easy. She gave me many amazing recommendations for going out in LA. Through her I even got to meet her close circle of friends, & they were all incredibly cool & fun to be around. It was more than just renting a room. I wasn’t really a pet person before, but her two cats & the little doggo completely changed that. Honestly, I can’t imagine having chosen anything better. I absolutely recommend staying with Naheed!

I spent 4 months at Naheeds place in Brentwood and truly felt at home. Naheed is an exceptional host: kind, welcoming, and very easy to live with. The apartment itself is spacious and well-maintained; having the upstairs bedroom and a private bathroom provided a great sense of privacy. I especially loved the neighborhood, its safe, walkable, and so close to everything (including public transport to UCLA and the Santa Monica mountains for cycling). And of course, coming home to her friendly cats was always a highlight of my day! I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a peaceful, high-quality stay in West LA.

Amazing Host and Location

Naheeds place is incredibly comfortable. She is a fantastic and welcoming roommate. I did not always overlap with her schedule, but when we saw each other, I really enjoyed getting to know her. Her apartment is located in Brentwood between Santa Monica and Westwood. It is a well kept 2 floor unit. My bedroom was upstairs with a private bathroom in the hall. The living room is quite spacious and the couch comfortable. The kitchen had everything I needed. Her friendly cats often greeted me when I came home. The laundry is located in the garage, just make sure to keep quarters available. There is a Ralphs grocery store 5 minutes walk away, parking was never too much a challenge, and there are several yoga studios within walking distance. Overall, it was a pleasure to stay with her and I would gladly do so again. Thank you.
