This was a great place to stay. Jimmy was a great host. Location is great. Would definitely recommend to other traveling healthcare professionals.

Great place to stay

Jimmy's place has amazing natural light from biiiig windows and is in a great neighborhood at the end of a dead-end street, so very safe and quiet. The metro does pass behind the building, but it's actually pretty quiet and never bothered me, but both stops nearby are not actually that nearby so if you're planning on utilizing it, you'll want a car or a bike to get you to the station. Whenever something broke, Jimmy lives and works there so he was always quick to address it. The bed was comfy, the closet and room are both really spacious and tastefully decorated, and the kitchen has all the things you need to cook a meal or whatever. The apt is within walking distance to Deer Creek Park and several dining and shopping options, as well as easy access to I-44 and only 3.5 miles from I-64/40. Also, Leo, Jimmy's goldendoodle, is the BEST boy: SO sweet, chill af, doesn't bark (unless he's playing with your dog). He and my dog Hank had a great time together wrestling and chasing each other around the place, and Jimmy was kind enough to let him out around lunchtime for potties for me while I was at work. Basically, you should stay here.

Amazing Home & Great Owner

So I'm glad to see this house listed now. I was referred to Jimmy's place through a friend and luckily he just had moved in after 2 years renovating I guess. The house is amazing. He spent a lot converting a warehouse into this industrial loft/penthouse. The house is modern and full of natural light making it a perfect retreat and the bedrooms are huge like your own studio just sharing the kitchen. I was initially hesitant about staying with someone else, but glad a friend recommended it. Jimmy's place is so spacious, and he works a lot, so it's always peaceful. I would never have been able to afford something so nice on my own. Jimmy also is super chill and he keeps everything clean. His Goldendoodle is adorable and very well-behaved. I can't recommend this place enough for anyone needing a serene and well-equipped home away from home.
