What this property offers
Very clean, private, cool and quiet bedroom. The bedroom is downstairs with a private bath. It does have a shared entry through a garage. There is also a pool table, ping pong table, work out area and a movie theater room that you can access. There are two outside fire tables a pool and a pickleball court that you are welcome to use.
Our bedroom is located in the basement. Our basement has a theater room, workout room, pool and ping pong. It also has a kitchenette. You would have the basement to yourself. Hypoallergenic pets welcome for extra charge
We are in a safe family friendly neighborhood. We have a peaceful backyard that sits on half an acre.
