I had a very positive stay at this place. The landlord was incredibly receptive to feedback and my needs, the unit was clean and everything you could possibly need is there for you. I would definitely recommend.

Perfect place and Amazing landlord! Centrally located

Mr. Llazar is the perfect host, From the moment I wanted to rent all the way through and extension of my contract. He is always a call or text away when needed. He even checks the property through out your stay to make sure you have everything you need. The apartment is centrally located close to everything. Literally with 10-20 mins of everything. We felt safe and secure here the whole stay. Which was a big thing as we travel with our two young children.

The place was clean, comfortable, and very affordable, making it the perfect home away from home. What truly made the experience exceptional was the host friendly, helpful, and always available. Whether by text or call, he was just a moment away and consistently checked in to make sure we were safe and everything was going well. His hospitality and attentiveness made a huge difference. I would most definitely stay here again and highly recommend him as a host!

Mr. Llazar is a great host and an excellent human being. I have nothing less than great things to say about him and his property. Since this was my first time renting from this website, I felt welcome every step of the way. He was always attentive to anything I needed and helped me immensely with the new journey. The house was impeccable, and I felt very secure in there; it is near everything you can need, literally 5 minutes away, and near the hospital, like 10-12 min driving. I recommend 100% this property to anyone looking in the area of St Louis, Missouri.
