Unsanitary conditions
I would not recommend renting a room from this landlord. Within 24 hours of moving in I observed multiple roaches and a mouse in my room. I immediately notified her but the problems continued throughout my stay. I later discovered a hole in the wall near my room that appeared to provide access for rodents. Despite repeated complaints the issues were never adequately resolved. The living conditions caused me significant stress and anxiety and I ultimately vacated after only 1.5 weeks. The experience was disappointing and I cannot recommend this property to future tenants.

AMAZING
This home is the perfect mix of cozy and welcoming! The room is incredibly comfortable, with a plush bed, soft carpet, and very clean (smells great too!). It also has a TV and side table, in house laundry. What truly sets this place apart is Brendaan amazing host who's always available, friendly, and simply one of the best people Ive ever met. If you're looking for a stay that feels like home, this is it. 10/10 recommend!
