Perfection

Excellent location. Walk to beach yet quiet. Beautiful Victorian with quality updated kitchen and laundry (top notch appliances) and first floor bath. Excellent bedding. Lots of old detail and charm. Wrap around porch and small private back deck. Very comfortable for long term stay. Would definitely stay again.

Dream beach house

Beautiful dream beach house, less than a 5 minute walk from long sands beach. Darrin was an attentive, accommodating and welcoming host while we stayed here. We had a very hard time leaving this property! Beautiful house, well kept, clean, modern amenities, great location to downtown York, 5 minutes to York hospital, 15 minutes from Kittery, and 45 minutes to Portland. The house itself was such a pleasure to stay in for 3 months, with a beautiful and welcoming front- wrap around porch, where you can hear the ocean in the morning and late night while you drink your coffee, or cocktail in the evening. Lots of natural light and quiet neighborhood. We look forward to (hopefully) coming back to stay here in the future!!
