7 stars- upstairs unit
I had a great stay in this upstairs, furnished two-bedroom unit while traveling for work. The space was comfortable and well laid out, with mostly hardwood floors and a private washer and dryer located in the basement, which was very convenient. The owner was highly responsive, always replying within 24 hours, and maintenance and snow removal were handled promptly and reliably. I traveled with two dogs, and the large backyard was a huge plus they absolutely loved it. I would highly recommend this rental to other traveling professionals, especially those with pets.

Great apartment!!!
Single CSTFA woman with her dog. Stayed for a travel contract. 4.5 months. Perfect location to UH hospitals ( lake west 20 minutes) Safe Neighborhood . Walked my dog everyday even at night. Beautiful yard for the pup. Deer and rabbits seen each day. Apartment had all the necessary items . 2 large bedrooms. I only used one. Kitchen has all the basics .Has a garage that I didnt utilize and ample off street parking in the back. Landlord is always quick to reply. Quick drive to grocery and Metroparks. I would definitely recommend! 7 Stars!
