Hi - I'm a professional in San Mateo with a beautiful Victorian home close to transportation (BART, buses and SFO) and many Peninsula hospitals, and walkable to both downtown San Mareo and Burlingame. I live upstairs with my dog, who barks at the Amazon guy. She will bark at you at first, but you will soon find yourself being kissed by a dog. I work remotely and so am often at home.
