Great place

Stayed here while on a 3 month contract . Was great and not too expensive. Everything you could need. Your own modem and Wi-Fi, AC and heat, big TV, dish washer, etc. all the amenities. Great and safe neighborhood too, went on many walks. My 5 foot 100 pound girlfriend would go on walks by herself in the surrounding neighborhoods. I would definitely stay here again if I end up working in Portland again.

Great Location!

As you can see from the pictures, the place is very cute and comfortable! There's plenty of storage for all your needs and great fixtures. It's exactly, if not better than, what you see in the pictures. What you don't get from the pictures is how great the location is! It's in a beautiful neighborhood that's great for walks, very close to stores and restaurants, and minutes from the max station. The neighbors are friendly, as well. Matt and Erin have been incredibly responsive, helpful, and kind! I would definitely recommend using this property or any future properties they may acquire. :)

What a treat!

What an honor to be the first (of many, I'm sure) to enjoy this fabulous apartment! The immediate neighborhood is safe and beautiful. The area is excellent for walking, biking, and jogging. The unit itself is brand new with top quality fixtures and furnishings including a full-size washer and dryer. Matt and Erin are the best landlords - kind and responsive. They made me feel valuable and important, no matter my need or question. I'm so grateful I had the opportunity to spend time in their beautiful space.
