Awesome!

So glad we found this apartment! Not one complaint! Bob and Diane were great hosts and their accommodations and communication was top notch. Everything is new and super duper clean. Basically brought clothes and that was it. It's about 12 minutes by car to the heart of downtown. The little desk area, abundance of outlets, washer/dryer, dedicated parking spot, big TV, great blinds, great lighting throughout and recliners in the comfy couch were just a few of the highlights. A great 4 months in Indy!

Perfect Home Away From Home

Bob & Diane make this space perfect from top to bottom! It was so comfortable, safe and private. I would stay here again should I return to Indy for work. I lived here for 6 months and didn't have one complaint!

Great place to stay

I spent two contracts in Indianapolis and this place was great. The provided parking is very nice and Bob and Diane are great people who communicate well and will help out their tenant when needed. Highly recommend.

Perfect Location

I stayed here during my July rotation in Indianapolis. This place perfectly met my needs. Short drive to the hospital and free parking which was nice especially coming home late at night. On my days off, i walked down to the restaurants and bars on indy's Mass Ave which was so fun! Especially wakling home from the bars lol. The owners kept the place clean and were responsive to my needs. I will definitely try to stay here again! Thank you Diane and Bob!
