This house has a lot of character. It's over 110 years old. It was a farmhouse once upon a time. Big front porch and med-small backyard. Big kitchen. 2 bathrooms. Some storage space in basement and walk-in attic. 2nd-floor laundry.
My sons are grown, and I live alone. I've been doing Airbnb for about 12 years. There is a second guest room that might have guests sometimes.

My house is walking distance to Ascension St John Hospital and a short drive to a couple other hospitals. It's in Detroit, but less than a block from Mack Ave, which borders Grosse Pointe Farms. There are lots of restaurants and stores on Mack, and a Post Office. Within 2 miles from my house are grocery stores, libraries, coffee shops, etc. It's a little over a mile to Lake St Clair. A lovely walk.
