Our charming house on Camellia is a Ranch style 1960's house with a large deck and fenced-in yard in a quiet established neighborhood. We just completed a complete renovation of the large eat-in kitchen. There is a large living room with a working fireplace and a large picture window overlooking the neighborhood.

Ranch style house with all new furnishings and newly renovated kitchen. 2 bedrooms, with a study that could act as a third bedroom. There is a large deck off the bright kitchen into a large grassy fenced in yard. The Property has a separate basement apartment with a separate entrance. There is a shared laundry and storage space. Pets Considered.
Established in early 1960's, Fry's Spring neighborhood is sought after for its close proximity to UVA, Downtown, 5th street station shopping, and easy interstate 64 access. Many new families have moved in within the last 10 years, but some original folks still remain through their retirement years. A short walking distance to a Azalea park. A 5 minute drive to Wegmans Grocery, many restaurants, Alamo movie theater and shopping....
Great place to stay
I stayed in Erin and Duane's home for 4 months while transitioning to Charlottesville. Super convenient to UVA hospital , Wegmans (key!), downtown, I 64, the University. It is in a cute older starter type neighborhood where everyone is out walking their dogs and kids, and there is street parking. It was safe and friendly. Bonus - nice little fenced backyard if you have a dog! And they let me bring my cats (many places will not). During unseasonably cold weather, Erin and Duane proactively worked to improve the insulation and make sure we were comfortable. Erin is VERY responsive to issues. The plan is reasonably well stocked and has some storage space in the basement, if you need to stash some things, as i did between homes.
