Any one who is looking house at north Holywood,I highly recommend to check out this place. The house is clean, neatly decorated and comfortable. Craig,and Patrick are the best .They assist you any time if you need help.My stay in that house was the best experience I had in California.The shared areas - living room & kitchen - are clean and well kept.

Good place

The house is clean, neatly decorated and comfortable. Craig, the assistant property manager runs the property with a personal touch. The shared areas - living room & kitchen - are clean and well-kept. The landscaping is probably the best looking on the street. The shared bathroom is clean and on a regular cleaning schedule. Sam is a friendly host and has been very accommodating to my needs. Any broken furniture/issues were quickly handled. I don't interact much with other roommates. I barely see them during the day. Ample street parking.

comfy place

although this property has many rooms with many tenants, i felt comfortable and feel the house was well maintained. my room was clean and comfortable and i was able to have a stable place to rest and work on my writing in between my busy nights as a stand up comedian new to the LA comedy scene. i shared a bathroom and that was fine. if i ever needed anything craig the house manager was quick to fix it. when i moved in there was a regular shower head in the bathroom but i asked craig if he could install a removable shower head and he did right away. there a lot of tenants on site but everyone keeps to themselves but are friendly in passing, there are 3 fridges so plenty of fridge space that allowed me to cook at home and save money. everyone cleans up after themselves but craig does regular house upkeep and deep cleans. i accidentally locked myself out of the bathroom and the property manager had it fixed right away
