Great experience!
My boyfriend and I stayed at Eric's apartment for a month and it was beyond our expectations! Not only was Eric a great, responsive host but the apartment itself was very clean and had everything we could have needed. I definitely recommended staying here if you are looking for a new, comfortable and centrally located apartment.

This property is exactly as described, 15 minutes from downtown, close to Vanderbilt and in a safe location. Price is great for the area and absolutely would stay here again.

Highly recommend!
My wife and I stayed here for around 4 months. It was a wonderful stay. We have stayed in multiple furnished finders and this was our favorite one. It was very private and felt like home. Very well decorated and furnished with a great layout. We had zero issues/complaints. We would highly recommend and would definitely stay again if we were to return to Nashville.
