Large Room for rent with private entrance and private bath

Niema is very warm, friendly, accommodating, helpful, and a strong communicator. I had plenty of privacy but her welcoming nature made me feel at home. It is a Huge basement and having its own downstairs kitchen, in addition to upstairs kitchen, was very helpful. This was a fine place to live. Loved having laundry close to the downstairs kitchen and my bathroom; everything I needed was close. I would definitely return here. And having parking off the street was GREAT.
