Blessed landlords & house

Moved to Indy from Oklahoma for work. This house was excellent for my wife & I as we continued looking for our own home. I thank GOD he put them in our path, they definitely were a blessing for us. Landlords are very responsive, great & easy to talk to. The house has everything you need from the bedrooms to the kitchen. Washer & dryer are a huge plus not having to drag your stuff to a laundromat. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay for a bit. We were very grateful to find it, you won't be disappointed!!!

Home away from home

I'm a traveling healthcare worker. This property was a great home away from home! Quiet and safe location. Close to the city, without living in the city. Landlord's were very accommodating and responsive. When they heard I was going to be working nights, they put in room darkening curtains which is everything! They also were mindful as to who they rented the other half to. They kept everything well maintained. I extended my contract twice at the hospital, and never thought twice about staying there. Highly recommend!

Great Stay

Highly recommend this property if you are working in or near Indianapolis! I'm currently on my 3rd month here and have had no complaints. It is a duplex but only shares a wall in the back bedroom. Quick access to downtown and less than a minute from UIndy. Driveway parking and washer/dryer was a plus. Unit was clean and fully furnished!
