Scottsdale, AZ ground floor condo, 2/2, pet friendly

Beautiful , clean and centrally located!

We rented this condo bc my husband was undergoing radiation therapy for cancer. Originally was supposed to be for a month but we stayed for almost three months. The unit was well stocked and had comfortable beds and lots of storage. It is centrally located to many medical facilities and shopping and lots of good restaurants and grocery stores. It had many outdoor grills and two cooled pools for our use which came in very handy with the soaring temperatures! Thoroughly enjoyed our visit and especially loved the landlord who was extremely helpful and understanding of our needs. She went out of her way to recommend restaurants and provided any and everything to make our stay a pleasant one. Highly recommend renting this unit! Five star rating for sure!!!

Great location and Responsive Landlord

My dog and I stayed here for 6 months when I first moved to AZ, and we had a lovely stay! The location is central, making it a quick drive to old town but also not too far of a trek to north scottsdale either. The community has lots of green space and is very dog friendly, with a diverse age range of tenants. The apartment is clean and spacious and exactly as pictured. The landlords are very responsive and approachable and tended to anything issues immediately

My sister and I stayed here for 3 months on a travel contract. Jennifer and Paul were very accommodating, responsive, and honest. This condo is very, very clean and located in a safe neighborhood. My favorite was how close it was to the dog park. I highly recommend this property.
