Chuck and Robin are very attentive to the needs of their tenants, and although the property is older, they decorate the house nicely and promptly address problems on the property. For example, we had a piece of furniture break, and they were here the following day to fix it; recently, we had a leak in the plumbing this winter, and again, they had a plumber over immediately and fixed the problem. This is a group living environment, but for people for whom this isn't a problem, this property is an ideal and affordable option.

I had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful furnished room for three months, and I can honestly say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, Chuck and Robin made me feel like part of their family. They are incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive hosts, always ready to help with anything I needed. Their kindness and generosity truly set this place apart. The room itself is spacious, clean, and well-maintained with all the comforts you could ask for. The house is just as impressive bright, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. It's located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood, which made me feel at ease throughout my stay. What really made this place special, though, was the sense of community and belonging. Chuck and Robin created an atmosphere that made it feel like a second home. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming, safe, and peaceful environment. If you're searching for a place to stay that feels like home, this is it. Five stars all the way!
