I really wish I had found this place sooner. Jacob is great, very accommodating. The house is clean, and each room has its own bathroom, which is great. When I stayed there, all my other roommates were travel nurses. The house was quiet and, most of all, safe. If I ever travel back to New Haven. I will definitely stay here.

This home is clearly put together with renters’ comfort in mind. It's a major plus that each bedroom has its own private bathroom. The common areas are spacious and welcoming. The kitchen is well stocked, making day-to-day living super convenient. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. And better yet, close to Yale New Haven Hospital and restaurants. Jake has been professional, responsive, and thoughtful throughout the process. Communication was clear and any questions I had were answered quickly. Overall, this is the best place to stay. It's comfortable, modern, and managed by a landlord who genuinely cares about his tenants’ experience and safety. It was hard for me to leave! I will most definitely be back here if I end up in Yale again :)

Great spot!

I loved my stay here! The rooms were spacious & the showers were a dreammm. The place feels very new and clean. The location is perfect. Close to Yale hospital. And also super close to Yale campus, nice neighborhood I often would go running in the neighborhood and felt really safe. Jake has been great and on top of everything. I stayed for 3 months, took a break and am now coming back if that's any indication of how solid this unit is! :)

FIVE STARS First tenant at this newly renovated Hamden, CT property - exceeded expectations during my 8-month stay! PROPERTY: Beautiful two-story house with 4 en-suite rooms upstairs, 3 suites in walkout basement. Spacious rooms with large private bathrooms/dual-head showers. Gorgeous hardwood floors, comfortable common area with sectional/TV. Well-equipped kitchen upstairs; basement has own full kitchen and common area. Washers/dryers on both levels. OUTDOOR: Great backyard with sun deck and brick patio featuring outdoor fireplace. LOCATION: Unbeatable! 15 minutes to AirRights garage/hospital. Two blocks from East Rock Park hiking trails. West Rock Park and Sleeping Giant 10-20 minutes away. Quiet residential street, ample driveway parking. LANDLORD: Jake and family did renovations themselves - quality work, very responsive. Great roommates (mostly Yale travel nurses). Highly recommend for healthcare professionals!
