Not worth the price
Stayed here with my boyfriend for a travel contract for about 6 months. The place was okay for what we needed but is definitely not worth the amount of money its listed for. The bathroom is way too small for 2 people to use comfortably. We didn't end up using the 2nd bedroom because you could hear EVERYTHING going on outside. It's a very busy street and super close to campus so you would hear cars and people yelling all night. Not to mention the 2nd room has no insulation and was freezing at all times during winter. Rae was great and was always available when we needed something, but just not worth paying that at all.
