Quick stay

Unit is clean in a beautiful and safe townhome community. Theres limited counter space and no closet or storage, which could be challenging for longer stays or heavy cooking. Theres also no washer/dryer. Storage is minimal so expect to keep your belongings on or near the couch. The upstairs tenant was extremely noisy, making headphones a must during my two month stay. The tenant took my package when she claimed she didnt have it, parked in my spot when she didnt feel like moving the garbage, and never took the trash out or back in. The host mentioned there were no cameras inside, but I found one in the closet. This is a restricted area, but its worth noting theres a camera inside. The host was fine, but communication about rent was unclear. Overall, the unit is good for short stays but not ideal for longer ones due to noise, lack of amenities, and storage.

I appreciate your review, but several statements need correction for accuracy. You were the first tenant in a brand new home, and you specifically requested a discount because the washer and dryer were not installed. I honored that request. The bathroom drain clogged on your second night, and the plumber confirmed it was due to flushing items that should not be flushed. This was resolved immediately. There has never been an indoor camera. The device you referenced is a Blink sync module and the Verizon Fios Internet router located in the HVAC utility closet both plugged into power where modern homes typically house their network equipment & control systems. The Blink system controls outdoor cameras only. Your comments about the upstairs tenant were addressed during your stay. She is a very respectable elite professional who lived peacefully alone for months before your arrival, and some of the claims mentioned here were not reported at the time. The unit is clean, safe, and exactly as described, including the limited storage. Rent communication was provided clearly and in writing. Thank you for your stay.
