A hidden comfort GEM!!

Where to even start?! My husband, our pup and I had the absolute pleasure of living at this home away from home for about 5 months while doing some rotations for med school and can truly say it was nothing short of comfort !! From the pictures, the extremely well stocked kitchen, the in home laundry facilities, and the completely friendly welcoming neighborhood, centrally located, it was a sad moment when we needed to head back home!! Siobhainn is one of the best landlords and also allowed me to feed into my green thumb for the summer which in turn lead to some beautiful flowers & even some veggies !! Lilo is gonna miss having her backyard zoomies & we'll also miss having everything within arms distance or even short walking distance for when we needed anything! Thank you for being there for us and for entrusting us to take care of the home as if it were our own. If we ever find ourselves in our medical journey making it back to Chicago, we know we have a home to stay at!

We loved staying in this apartment. It is cozy, comfortable and charming. The kitchen has everything you need from pots and pans to food storage, towels and cleaning supplies. The house is located on a dead-end street so there is very little car traffic, making the front porch a lovely place for morning coffee. And I cannot overstate the convenience of having a garage for parking during the snowy months! There are lots of restaurants within walking distance, with very easy access to the interstate. Siobhainn is an excellent host, she is very responsive and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We truly felt so at home here.

Perfect Stay for Discovering Chicago

We absolutely loved our stay at Siobhainn's apartment in Forest Park. From the moment we got in touch, Siobhainn was an excellent host and made booking and moving in a breeze. Any time we had questions or needed something, she made herself available. The apartment is so cozy and the location is absolutely unbeatable. We stayed with our 1 year old and 2 small dogs and had plenty of space and all the things we needed. I can't recommend booking with Siobhainn enough!

The One Youre Looking For

We needed a place to stay for a month while waiting to be able to move into our new home and this place was everything we needed and more. Owners were very responsive and quick to help with anything we needed. Youre only a couple of blocks away from a ton of restaurants. You can walk to the green and blue lines or take the buses to them. Everything we needed was accessible without having to drive which is a major plus. The home was clean and had a washer and dryer available for FREE (which sometimes isnt the case with rentals) and theres a nice little backyard to relax in. Definitely would stay here again without question.

If I could rent from these folks forever, I would! Siobhainn has thought of absolutely everything for this place. She has gone above and beyond to make this a home away from home, and it shows. Youll have plenty of room to stretch out in the house AND in the yard. A full kitchen with anything and everything. The flora and fauna in this neighborhood cant be overlooked! Plenty of things within walking distance, and youre super close to the el. Cheese and wine shop right behind the house. This really is the best.
