Beautifully remodeled condo along Boulder Creek

Beautiful place! Wonderful experience!

We were the first tenants since the whole place was renovated in 2025 and it was perfect for our time in Boulder. The interior is lovely and has everything we could have possibly needed. The covered parking and pool/gym was a huge perk! The Gold Run development is quiet and well maintained. Amazing location! Right next to Scott Carpenter Park, we spent a lot of time outdoors there, just relaxing. The condo is about a mile from downtown, and we enjoyed walking along the creek to have dinner or shop on Pearl Street. A few cautions: Guests need to register their cars with the parking "police" or risk being booted. There is occasional activity at the frat house nearby but they observe noise ordinance rules and turn off music by 10pm. In the 15 months we were there, we only heard activity 5-6 times. Local fireworks from events/holidays can be an issue. Any questions were handled by David right away. He's an excellent landlord and helped make our experience A+!
