Cutesy, cozy house

This house is the perfect location in Worcester, I always felt safe. Driveway and street parking were easy. Katie was so great to work with and always available if we needed anything. The house is super cozy, has everything you might need. Backyard for pets in big and spacious for play. I would highly recommend!

Cozy home in a quiet neighborhood

This spot is fantastic. You have a backyard that, while not fenced, is wrapped by trees and a large hill that keeps even my most adventurous cat from exploring too far. The house is older, but all appliances work perfectly, and AC/heating works fantastic. There's a water filter in the fridge. As a WFH web engineer, I can confirm the internet is excellent--can stream Netflix while gaming AND have Teams meetings with no hiccups. The master and guest rooms have super comfortable beds with great comforters, and the master has two sizable closets. Neighbors are friendly but keep to themselves, and the neighborhood is beautiful for walks. You can walk to Bancroft Tower easily and see all Worcester from up there. Katie is prompt, reasonable, and accommodating. The garage is ~7ft high, so no roof racks or lifted trucks, but there's a secluded driveway and street parking. Only caveat: Worcester requires yellow trash bags ($10 at markets) or trash gets skipped.
