Beware

This is the first time I've had to break a lease early. This house is old and the floors are thin and creaky. You can hear everything upstairs. The family of 5 renting upstairs are really loud. All you hear is bumping and stomping from them all day/night. Their kids run throughout the house. It was not peaceful at all, unbearable. Before signing I was told I would be able to use the washer/dryer a certain day. Before moving in i was told i had to wait 2 weeks because a dryer was being delivered. i can hear the dryer running. So i asked why i can't use thedryer, then she told me that since a big family is moving in, im not allowed to use it. I would've never moved in there if I had known that. Make sure to take pics and videos when moving in/out. So you won't get blamed for anything. And the place is run down. Don't trust the pictures. Would not recommend at all.
