This is a studio with private entrance and private bathroom. This is on top of the Hill in the Park in Russian Hill. There are some stairs but very accessible to restaurants, shops, etc.. Next to North Beach, little Italy and chinatown. It's super safe and quiet yet very convenient. We are walking distance to downtown as well.

Great location and affordable location
As a solo female relocating to San Francisco, I found this to be a great short term rental option. The unit is located in Russian Hill, which felt very safe and comfortable, especially as someone new to the city. It is on the smaller side, but it is thoughtfully furnished and had everything I needed for a two month stay. I also really appreciated that the building is gated, which made package delivery feel secure and seamless. The landlord was responsive and reasonable throughout, and made a genuine effort to ensure I was comfortable. The location is very convenient. There are several fitness studios nearby, and it is about a 30 minute walk to the Financial District, with public transit right outside the unit. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a short term stay in San Francisco, especially if you are relocating and want something safe, well located, and easy to settle into.

Quiet Updated Studio in Great Location
I stayed at this studio for three months over the summer. Really enjoyed my stay. Studio is between North Beach and Russian Hill but tucked away on a quiet street in one of the most pretty parks in the city. Commute to FiDi everyday was very easy, and enjoyed being central within the city. Studio itself is small, but had everything I needed and recently updated. Beautiful views of the bay bridge north beach from the patio! Very quiet and safe as well. Neighbors were nice, and Han the landlord is great. Really happy I stayed here and highly recommend!
