LANDLORD IS RENTING TO A REGISTERED SEX OFFENDER with an ankle monitor. SOME RESIDENTS SMOKE CRACK ON SITE, PEOPLE GET SO INTOXICATED THAT THEY DEFFOCATE ON LIVINGROOM FURNITURE, happens weekly. One resident traded drugs for letting random people into the basement. The sex offender beats on his girlfriend, Monica doesn't kick him out. I barricaded my door the entire time I lived there. It's an unsafe, overpriced halfway house. Ringcam in the kitchen, one resident who doesn't shower, stuck his hands in other peoples' food in the shared refridgerator.
