This apt has amazing energy. It was a home to a large family. The apt is completely remodeled with a new fridge, stove, bed and new carpet. If you are over 6' 1" it's not a good fit. It is a few blocks from restaurants, the local light trax, and bus stops. Liberty Park is very close. It's a quiet neighborhood and parking is easy. It has a huge backyard with an alley entrance. The apartment spans the whole footprint of the entire house
Great neighbors on both sides. Tenants upstairs have been there for a while. They are quiet professionals .
Great place
I came out to Salt Lake City for a traveling healthcare assignment and found this house to live in. I ended up extending my stay because I like the house and the area so much. This is a very cute basement level unit perfect for a single traveler or a couple. The girls who live upstairs are extremely friendly and I have nothing but good things to say about the landlord.Nothing but great times in the 7mo that I stayed here.
Great unit and people!
I initially planned for a 6 month stay in this unit, but turned into 9. Christine has been easy to talk with regarding logistics of the space and I feel so lucky to have found a gem of a spot. It truly is in the perfect location. 10 minute walk to Liberty Park, 10 minute walk to Loki Coffee and the 9-line. Extremely bike-able area. Indeed, the ceiling is on the shorter side, but absolutely livable (I am 5'4). There is so much space delineation (separate bedroom, office, living space, kitchen), which is definitely important if you work from home (IMO). The front window brings in a lot of light, too. The girls upstairs are incredibly nice and welcoming. The laundry space is shared so it's easy to stop by for a quick hello. They also have two cats that friggin rock. Staying here definitely helped solidify my indefinite move to SLC :)
