Simply Perfect

This is a beautiful home with stunning views, in a lovely neighborhood. We rented it for a 'home away from home' as we needed to temporarily relocate from out of state to Colorado for a family medical situation. From the start the home had everything we could want and/or need. We thoroughly enjoyed its close proximity to limitless trails, biking, and many recreational options, as well as our days staying 'at home' (especially on the deck and patio with the grill and incredible sunsets)! Suzanne has been an incredible host, anticipating all the details for our comfort as well as checking in us, for example as seasons changed to ensure we had answers to any questions. I simply cannot say overstate the positivity of our experience. Five stars in every aspect of our stay.

Home Away From Home

I had a very enjoyable six-month stay here. Suzanne is a great landlordvery friendly and responsive. It was an easy commute to work, just 15 minutes from the Denver Federal Center. I was able to avoid a lot of the major traffic. Great location and the home itself felt very safe and secure. It was also very comfortable during the colder months and I never ran out of hot water. Suzanne provides nearly all household essentials. The only thing I ever needed to restock were paper products. There is a door at the top of the stairs so the upper and lower spaces feel very separate. My dog loved the sunny yard, and we had fun exploring the walking paths/trails in the neighborhood. Also just five minutes from Forsberg dog park. I recommend wholeheartedly!

Wonderful

The place is a great location, easy to get anywhere from Denver to the Mtns. It's right down the street from Red Rocks! It's on a quiet street and you can get lost in the mountain views from the windows! We had all the amenities we needed, especially because we like to cook and the kitchen was fully stocked! There was plenty of room and it really was a home away from home. Suzanne was responsive and helpful.
