Great Landlord and Great Location

I had an excellent experience staying at Linda’s property from August 2025 through May 2026 and highly recommend her as a landlord. Communication was always clear, professional, and responsive, and the home was clean, comfortable, well-furnished, and exactly as described. I regularly traveled home to Pennsylvania on weekends and returned during the week, and the property always felt safe, welcoming, and well-maintained. The location was also extremely convenient, with easy access to I-66 and the greater NOVA area. Linda was attentive, accommodating, and quick to help with anything needed during my stay. It’s clear she takes pride in maintaining her home and ensuring tenants have a positive experience. The entire rental process was smooth and stress-free, and I would absolutely stay here again. Beautiful Townhouse

Ms. Lindas exceptional effort in maintaining a comfortable and welcoming environment was a major highlight of my stay. She is not only friendly but also remarkably resourceful, thoughtful, and accommodating. Complementing this, the neighborhood itself is a significant advantage: it is safe, convenient, and beautiful, with plenty of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance, and just a short drive to major malls, hospitals, the DMV, and more.

Green Chancery Space

What a BEAUTIFUL townhome with a more than BEAUTIFUL hostess! Ms Linda is a jewel! Super sweet, very nice, intelligent, warm, welcoming, accommodating. The home is very clean. Washer and dryer upstairs right across from the room. Quiet. Lovely space to call your own for a while. I pray every space from here on out is as comfortable as Ms Linda's home. Safe area. Just lovely! Close to entertainment. Easy to get around. Inova Medical Ctr is about 15 minutes away. I absolutely LOVED it here! If I'm assigned to this area again, I'm definitely calling her!
