Glowing Experience at This Home

Ive stayed at this Peoria house on multiple occasions and have always had a great experience. The home is fully furnished and very comfortable, with everything needed for day-to-day living. Courtney, the on-site property manager, lives in the downstairs suite and is both kind and helpful. She keeps the house well managed and ensures that all tenants have equal access to shared spaces like storage, parking, and furnishings. In my time there, I found the environment to be welcoming, fairly run, and well maintained given that its a shared living situation. The house offers a comfortable place to stay, and the management goes out of their way to make sure tenants are treated fairly.

Poor experience

The house said it was move in ready upon arrival there were no plates no cups , no silverware, no towel hooks . The bathroom faucet leaks all over the counter . Once you sign the lease the home owners mother will send you a list of things you can't do like keep personal belongings in the bathroom. I was told the yard would be done and dog door would be installed within a month the yard took about 6 months to even get started looking okay and the dog door was never added . She will promise a cleaning lady once a month .... the cleaning lady came one time . Do not expect deposit back . the girl who lives down stair is best friends with her daughter and gets priority to everything . Driveway parking . Garage space , cabinet space . Ect
