Everything was perfect

I enjoyed everything about my stay here. First off, the owners of this property were as kind and helpful as they come. From the freshly squeezed OJ in my fridge upon arrival to leaving me a hand truck outside my door a couple days before my departure. The location is in a safe and beautiful neighborhood. If you like to walk/jog/run or bike ride I can promise you this is your spot. Short walk to target and scooter/bike ride to downtown. House is cozy and good sized. AC unit was really good, kept the whole place cool. Full sized appliances looked brand new. You can tell they care about their home.

Wonderful place to stay!

I had a great experience staying at this property! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The furnishings were modern and well-maintained, and everything I needed for a long-term stay was provided. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with convenient access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The host was responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this place to other travelers or professionals looking for a reliable and comfortable rental.

Cottage stay

From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The cottage was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything I needed for a comfortable extended stayfrom a fully equipped kitchen to all the appliances you could wish for and even thoughtful little extras like coffee, homemade orange juice, chocolates and toiletries. What truly made this stay special was the location. The cottage is tucked away in a peaceful, safe, quiet neighborhood surrounded by nature. Loved walking to the William Land Regional Park from the house 1.5 miles away. It is also only a 8 mins drive away from Mercy General Hospital. The hosts were amazingfriendly, responsive, and respectful of privacy. They checked in occasionally to see if I needed anything, which I really appreciated. Couldnt recommend this place enough. Id come back in a heartbeat!

Close to hospitals, safe, clean-- The perfect spot!

I stayed at Jasmine Cottage for a month (I wish I could have stayed longer) while working at UC Davis Medical Center, and I couldnt have been more pleased with my experience! The location was ideal, just an 8-9 minute drive to the hospital, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe, which made it feel like the perfect retreat after long shifts. The cottage was truly move-in ready and had everything you could possibly need. The appliances were all brand new, including a full-size washer and dryer, a toaster, air fryer, a Keurig, blender, and more! The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, Tupperware everything youd need to cook comfortably. I'm forgetting all the amenities but there are tons! The cleanliness of the place was impeccable, and it was clear the landlords take great care of the property. There is even a desk with dual monitors which was the perfect work space. The landlords were attentive and easy to reach, even though I had no issues during my stay. If youre looking for a clean, quiet, and well-equipped place to stay, I highly recommend Jasmine Cottage! It made my time in the area incredibly comfortable. I'll definitely return if I get the chance!
