Storage
Your home away from home is an attic loft that is as close to a studio as we can make it- fridge/freezer, instant pot, microwave, toaster oven, kettle, coffee maker, dishes, table and chairs, couch that folds out into bed for guests, tv, linens, etc. We have fenced outdoor space and can accomodate some outdoor gear in storage. I know that sharing a bathroom is the downfall of our place, but surprisingly it has been totally fine ...
Space
Please take the time to look at my profile for more info about us personally!
We do rent the entire house out at times when we travel; feel free to ask if it's something you're interested in. As of now, the space is only single occupancy. Pets are on a case by case basis and we are very picky, as we have had some unpleasant things happen. Usually only small dogs and cats are even a possibility.
Neighborhood overview
We are in a very safe residential area, walking distance to both downtown and the beach, as well as multiple parks. We literally bought this house for the location!
