Felt like home
I've truly enjoyed my stay here! All of the extra touches and comforts made me feel at home, and I loved the outside deck seating area! Also, you can't beat a guaranteed parking spot in the driveway- a rarity in Saint Paul! The landlords are very easy to communicate with, and I felt safe my whole time.
Rental is definitely a Gem
The apartment is exactly as shown in the listing. The owner was prompt in responses and immediately sent out maintenance when I requested the water temperature be increased. The apartment is very cozy and modernized. I truly enjoyed my stay and felt safe with the outdoor security system with motion sensor lights.
