King in primary bedroom (firm) and Queen in 2nd bedroom/study (medium).
No A/C, but plenty of overhead & portable fans, plus ocean breeze.
Plenty of hot water and good pressure.
Lovely neighbors and great neighborhood for walking.
We stay there ourselves, so it's comfy and real.
