This property embodies all that Flagstaff is to us. We bought this house, because we wanted a location that would allow us to not use our car once after arriving. We also love riding bikes to play disk golf, fishing at the pond, or just cruising the ur...
This 1940's bungalow has two bedrooms, and one newly remodeled bathroom. It comfortably fits 4 people. There is a small fenced back yard for anyone traveling with a dog. We do not have a dog door! The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal, and fuil sized appliances.
Welcome to one of the oldest neighborhoods in Flagstaff! This 1940's bungalow is a short walk or bike ride to NAU, and downtown Flagstaff. Walk to Natural Grocers, the farmers market, and any restaurant/brewery downtown.

I stayed here for about 6 months and really enjoyed it! Safe neighborhood, plenty of street parking since my car was too big for the driveway, easy walk to downtown, less than a 10min drive to the hospital, very responsive and understanding host. You can hear the train, but maybe 3 times didn't ever hear them honk the train horn. I highly recommend this place!
