Not the cleanest
I rented here for one month. The place was obviously not well cleaned upon my arrival (crumbs and food in fridge, tooth paste in sink, etc). When I brought it up to the owner, he did not address the problems (also told me he had just left). I let it go but was then charged for "excess cleaning" after my stay. I wouldn't have even called the mess upon my arrival "excess." I was one person here, working full time. The place was left exactly as I found it. Owner has not responded to let me know what "excess" meant. Development and location is great. Just beware of being charged an extra $215 cleaning fee on top of $175.
