I had the pleasure of staying at Coreys property during my military rotation last year, and it was an exceptional experience. The first-floor apartment in the historic Colonial Place neighborhood of Norfolk, Virginia, is both spacious and beautifully maintained. The residence comfortably accommodates up to four guests, featuring two well-appointed bedrooms and a full private bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, ideal for meal preparation, and the on-premises laundry facilities add to the convenience. The neighborhood is recognized as one of the safest and most picturesque in Norfolk, offering waterfront access and proximity to downtown, Old Dominion University, local hospitals, and vibrant nightlife. During my stay, I enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of activities to keep me engaged. Corey and his wife were exemplary hostsprofessional, approachable, and attentive to any needs. Their dedication ensured a seamless and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this property to anyone seeking comfortable and convenient accommodations in Norfolk.

Best Stay Ever!!

The neighborhood is amazing! I loved walking around Colonial Place, especially along the water. I always felt safe and enjoyed the architecture of the area. I stayed in the first floor unit. It is beautiful and classic. I like the galley kitchen with the butcher block countertops, as I love to cook! The bed and couch are very comfortable. When my parents came to visit I put the two twin beds together in the guest room to make a king. They slept very well. The location was close to where I work and right by some cool bars and restaurants. I especially loved being able to walk to ODU for the football games. So much fun! Corey is a wonderful host, very responsive. I highly recommend staying at his place.

Spacious and private unit

Visited during a month rotating at a nearby hospital. Excellent stay at this property and would highly recommend it to fellow traveling healthcare professionals. The unit has a perfect balance of privacy and comfort, with a private kitchen fully equipped with modern appliances that exceeded that which was offered at other similar units. Similarly, the entertainment area was a standout feature, spacious and thoughtfully designed. Nice location situated in a safe, vibrant neighborhood thats centrally located (relative to a couple local hospitals). Corey was attentive and ensured everything was seamless throughout my stay - a super host equivalent for furnished finder to be sure.
