A Cozy, Well-Stocked Home with an Amazing Landlord

My husband and I truly couldn't have asked for a better rental experience. Relocating from Idaho to California felt both exciting and overwhelming, but moving into this beautiful home and working with such a wonderful landlord (Joanna) made the transition so much easier. From the moment I first reached out, I knew it would be a great fit. Joanna is the most professional, responsive, and thoughtful landlord I've ever worked with. She took the time to answer all my questions and even hopped on a Zoom call to walk me through the home so I'd know what was stocked and what we should bring. Joanna also went above and beyond in so many thoughtful ways – sharing local recommendations, adding mesh to the backyard gate so our tiny dog couldn't sneak through, and leaving us a handwritten welcome note when we arrived. The home is incredibly comfortable and well stocked and the community is quiet, well kept, and friendly. We absolutely loved our time here and highly recommend it!

The Perfect Stay

We relocated to Idaho from California, and this was the PERFECT landing spot for us. This home is like a high end Airbnb. Super comfortable, feels just like home, very clean, and has everything you need to move right in. Centrally located to everything in the Treasure Valley, sits in a great community with parks and super friendly neighbors who introduced themselves to us, and the absolute BEST landlord (Joanna) who is very responsive, has great communication, and overall just a nice person. Highly recommended if you are looking in Boise/Treasure Valley!
