This fully furnished rental was perfect for my 6-month stay! The owners were very friendly, great at communicating and fixing any issues that popped up and went out of their way to help when they could (such as helping remove snow and ice from my car during the long snowstorm over the winter)! The apartment was well furnished and has everything you could possibly need. The location was very convenient, close to Old Town, the Metro, and other shops, while also being in a quiet neighborhood. An added bonus of the location was being across the street from the Mt. Vernon Trail which was great for being able to go on runs or walks when the weather was nice. I recommend this rental for anyone moving to the area, it was a truly great place to stay!

My 13-month stay at this furnished apartment exceeded all of my expectations. The location is unbeatable - situated extremely close to Old Town Alexandria with numerous shops and restaurants within walking distance, plus convenient access to DC for work commutes. The owners were absolutely fantastic throughout my entire stay!!! They were consistently friendly and responsive, going above and beyond to address any apartment-related requests. Small thoughtful gestures, like handling mail delivery (including most packages) really stood out. The apartment itself was comfortable and perfectly suited my needs as a working professional. The combination of prime location, fair pricing, and exceptional service from caring owners made this ideal housing for my work assignment. I'm only leaving due to a job-related transfer, but would absolutely stay here again if I return to the DC area. Highly recommend for professionals seeking quality furnished housing in Alexandria!!!
