59 yrs Old male . I'm gone from the Condo about 12 hrs a day from 5am until 5pm for work and commuting. Quiet person and very busy schedule. Not much of a TV watcher . During ski season I will be gone for Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon twice a month. I use to live in a ski resort town and worked over-seas, so use to having Room mates and respectful of their space. Non-smoking .
