Space
This space is the upstairs apartment with its own enterance from the backyard. The unit DOES connect to the main residence by a set of fully lockable double doors. It does have its own enterance and is equipped to have everything you need to be self sufficient, however, the washer and dryer are in the main house. You would be wlecome to use them anytime.

Cozy loft in the North Mountain
I'm a med student and stayed here a little over a month. I've had a lovely time! Very safe. It has a kitchenette but I found it more than functional. The fridge is good sized, there's a microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, and coffee maker. The water is hot, bed is comfortable, the house and neighborhood are quiet. The view outside is gorgeous. There are trails just a short drive away. Jen is also a great host, very responsive and accommodating. I would text her whenever I needed to do laundry and never had a problem. Her cats and dogs are adorable! If you are allergic, there may be allergens. Depending on traffic it's about 22-31 min to Banner University. If I'm ever back in Phoenix I would stay here again!
