Quiet, private. House is 3000 square feet with only one other person in residence (owner). Full kitchen and dining area is available. Covered patio next to pool. Full gym in the garage that is available at no cost. Personal trainer also available at extra cost. I have had three other long term renters in 15 years. House is always clean. I have one indoor cat.
Space
The bedroom is in the furthest corner from the rest of the house. It is very quiet and private. The private bath is directly next to the bedroom. The way the house is laid out, the room is away from most other traffic. The laundry room is directly across from the bedroom. This rental is for on person.

beautiful quiet place
great place to live in. Larry is awesome and gives you space but also chats with you if you want to. he is nice and humble and the property is always quiet and clean. and very accommodating.

Beautiful House, Great Atmosphere, Awesome Host!
I lived in this beautiful full house for a total of six years and could not have asked for a better place to live! Larry is a fantastic host that makes everything available in his home to you and is always very welcoming. He is also a heck of a chef that loves for you to try the things that he cooks up. The room I stayed in has a beautiful view of the pool, own bathroom, with your own side entrance, which is absolutely perfect. Larry is usually out and about doing stuff or pretty busy and there were times or days where we didnt see each other. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable and great place to live then this is your spot! 10/10 highly recommend.
