Amazing space south of HMC

I had the pleasure of staying with Jess for six months while working nights at HMC. (TLDR, I'd rent here again) -The space is cute, clean and full of anything I could need. -The term "daylight basement" is very honest. There is a lot of light that comes in during the day and makes this not feel like a basement at all. For my night shift work, I did need a sleep mask. -The hospital is a 17-20min drive. -The property is super cute and well maintained. -The landlord is delightful and kept me apprised of the ongoings of the neighborhood. -neighborhood is quiet and safe. -7 min to Seward Park! -If a kitchen is important to you, this place is perfect. I have no negatives to staying here. I could go on and on, but truthfully what matters is that I would stay here again if I come back to HMC
