Great Condo and Landlady!
This condo is very comfortable, clean, and equipped with everything you need. It's lovely to drink tea in the mornings on the patio overlooking the lagoon. The pool and gym are great. Neighbors friendly. Very close to the bay trail for fantastic walks with spectacular views. Akemi is a great landlady! She is very responsive, communicates well, and provides lots of clear info. She went above and beyond in fixing a few things for me and really cares about the property. Highly recommend!

Would Recommend
The place is very nice and quiet towards the back of the complex, pool and workout facilities are very nice, it is easy access to the interstate if you're going to Berkeley/Oakland and walking distance to the ferry for quick SF access. Exceptionally clean, peaceful, and Akemi was great and quick to respond.
