Could not recommend this place enough!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this place and couldnt recommend it more! Jamie was incredibly easy to communicate with throughout my stay, especially in the beginning, as he made the whole move-in process seamless. Im a 21-year-old female who moved from rural Alabama to Cincinnati for an internship, and while it was a huge change for me, this place quickly felt like home. The house itself is cozy and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location is unbeatablewithin walking distance to just about everything! As a woman, safety is always a top concern for me, especially in a new city, but I can genuinely say I never felt unsafe here. The neighborhood is charming and peaceful, with friendly neighbors and a welcoming atmosphere. Jamie, Katie, and their adorable dog Millie made my transition so much easier. Jamie and Katie were always available if I needed anything, but they also gave me plenty of space. Their kindness, thoughtfulness, and desire to make my stay as comfortable as possible truly made this experience unforgettable. My top three favorite things about this stay: 1. The room and house itself: It was cozy, quiet, and spacious, with plenty of room for my belongings (and even space to work out!). The bathroom was one of the nicest Ive ever useda luxury we all deserve honestlyand the giant TV was perfect for both watching shows and gaming. 2. The location: Sitting on the porch and seeing the city skyline was a daily highlight. I loved walking to iconic Cincinnati spots like Findlay Market, downtown, and countless amazing food places. Plus, having Kroger nearby for groceries was super convenient. 3. Jamie, Katie, and Millie: It was important to me to know the people who were renting this place to me and they were better than I ever couldve hoped. They did not crowd me, they were great about communicating with me, and they also were so much fun to converse with and hang out with from time to time. It was genuinely so nice to have such warm, friendly people nearby. They were always quick to help with anything I needed and always a text away. Also spending time with Millie was such a treat as she is the sweetest, smartest dog Ive ever met, and spending time with her brought so much comfortshes the kind of dog that steals your heart instantly. Overall, this was my first time living far away from friends, family, and everything familiar, and Jamie and Katie created a safe, welcoming space that made the whole experience so much less scary for me. I hardly had any problems here and I felt like I was living a very fulfilling and luxurious lifestyle! If youre looking for a cozy, well-located, and genuinely wonderful place to stay, this is it!
