The unit has its own private entrance from the front yard, is equipped with hot water, central AC, 75" 4K TV, full kitchen (stove, microwave oven, fridge, etc.) and a dining area. There are three bedrooms, all with a queen-size bed.
The bathrooms both come with showers (no bath tub) Guests can also use the common area (patio, BBQ grill and all the outdoor furniture and sitting area).
