I stayed at Wendy's place for 3 months and it was great! Such a cozy and comfortable townhouse. Came with everything I needed and more. Lots of room for storage, etc. Wendy was always available when needed. She was a great landlord! Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful place, location and landlord!

Myself and my 2 friends stayed at Wendy's location for about 3 months when we had our travel assignment at Atrium Pineville. I have to say it's one of the best places we have stayed at! It's clean, cute and in a great location. You don't hear your neighbors and it is a very safe neighborhood. Wendy is fantastic! You have any concerns she is right there, you call her she will message as soon as she can and if there is an issue with the place she will be there to take a look as soon as she can. If we decide to come back to Pineville for a long stay in would definitely rent from her again.

We loved renting this place from Wendy. It was very well kept and clean. It was close to shopping as well as restaurants. It was quiet. Enjoyed spending time outside in the patio area. Wendy was very responsive, and even last minute allowed us to rent a few more days! We would definitely rent this place again if it is available when we are visiting family. Patrick and Valerie

Great stay!

Our first time in the area and we were very fortunate to stay at Wendys FF rental! This rental is perfect for travel nurses, plenty of room and the complex is private and quiet. The patio on the back is a huge plus, and the king bed in the master bedroom is very very comfortable :) The whole unit has been recently updated with new appliances and is centrally located to stores, restaurants, hospitals, parks and walking trails. Wendy is very sweet and great with communication! If were ever in the area well definitely be back here again!
