This was such a great place to stay while I was on contract as a travel nurse at Riley Children's! The house is exactly as pictured and described. Being a solo traveler I felt very safe in the neighborhood and while taking my dog out for walks...the park just down the street was also amazing to have so close. There was never an issue with street parking, space was always readily available. I work nights and never had a problem with outside noise being too much. The location is great because you're close to the city but far enough out that it feels peaceful. The drive into downtown to the hospital was always simple, only about 15-20 minutes. Jenny was always very responsive and helpful. I'd definitely recommend staying here if you have the opportunity:)

The perfect rental!

This is such a perfect spot. Jenny and Austin are amazing hosts and you can tell the detail and care they put into this home. They are also kind and responsive! It's in the lovely Irvington neighborhood, just a block from Ellenberger park - a great place to walk or play pickleball! The home itself is beautifully decorated and renovated to the quality of someone's home. You can tell it was built and decorated with care! We looked at so many rentals prior to signing with them and this place was far and above anywhere else we looked. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make meals. The front porch is so dreamy for evenings and mornings. A fenced in backyard which is a luxury for parents of young kids or dog owners! It's on a quiet street with friendly neighbors. All around a rental dream! We loved our stay here. 10/10 experience!

If you're looking for a home with great natural light and character, this is the one for you. I've spent a lot of time here dog-sitting and spending time with the owners, and it's a place I'd love to call home myself. Located in a walkable neighborhood, it's also close to downtown and the Historic Irvington community It's perfect for pet owners and entertaining guests, with a good-sized backyard!
